FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Jazz Camp 2010 is our ninth year.
• Jazz Camp is for all ages and levels. Instrumentalists must be able to play 5 scales well (C, F,Bb, G, and D). Vocalists must be able to match pitch and have several tunes from the jazz standards repertoire prepared (with the accompanying lead sheet) when camp begins. If you can’t meet these requirements, either practice a lot (!) or consider attending Junior Junior Camp.
• Ongoing Jazz Workshops with Bill Douglass, Stephanie Bruce, Bob Claire, Al Bent, Ken French and Nora Nausbaum are available throughout the year.
• Jazz Camp 2009 had participants ranging in age from 10-75 years old.
  
• The Final Concert at Jazz Camp 2009 was very well attended, universally enjoyed and took place at The Odd Fellows Hall in Grass Valley.
