Nora is a classical and jazz flutist as well as a certified Alexander Technique teacher. Nora received her Masters of Music degree from New England Conservatory of Music, taught in colleges in the Midwest and South before coming to California in 1985. She free lances in the Bay Area and all over Northern California, playing parties, weddings and concerts.

Nora says:

Jazz Camp inspires me throughout the year to aim high and have fun.

As an Alexander Technique teacher, she has helped instrumentalists and vocalists progress musically with less effort. The Alexander Technique is a 100-year-old method that helps musicians and others change habits (pain, stiffness, tension) that interfere with learning. Nora also has a music website highlighting her various classical and jazz ensembles (complete with many online samples).
